Senior Client Partner, Global Sales Operation

Ron is a Senior Client Partner based in the Atlanta office working closely with the GFM team to expand the business and help clients align their employee and customer experience objectives with their human capital strategies.

Mr. Balmer is a business builder who likes a challenge and enjoys roles that require strong but supportive leadership, collaborative problem solving, a resolute focus on results, and using data to drive strategic decision making. He joins from Greenwich Associates, where he was a Managing Director for the firm specializing in banking, financial services, FinTech, credit unions, and related sectors.

A collaborative and creative executive leader, he’s also an excellent communicator, an intuitive thinker, and a strategic and commercially focused individual.

Ron developed and managed revenue-generating growth initiatives aimed at sustaining long-term firm health at Greenwich. He launched the Customer Experience practice by developing and leading a team of cross-functional and global associates in delivering high impact results for clients by establishing solutions that drove both enterprise profitability and customer satisfaction.

Additionally, Ron has presented at conferences on subjects related to business banking, middle market banking, treasury management, performance management, employee engagement, and customer experience.

Ron holds an MBA from University of Hartford and Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from Wayne State University, both awarded with distinction.
