Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was a consultant with a leading advisory firm, working with both public and private sector clients. In addition, Run has experience in HR Business Partnering, Recruiting, Succession Planning, HR Policies and HR Analytics. She has worked in industries such as manufacturing, services, media, public service and non-profits. More recently, Run has worked with organizations to make data-driven decisions to support business operations.

Run graduated with Masters Degree (Dean’s List) in Human Capital Leadership from Singapore Management University (SMU) and a major in Psychology from National University of Singapore (NUS).
