Rupali is a Senior Client Partner, bringing our best people and solutions for meeting client needs. As a practitioner and thought leader in the field of Work Design, she has a distinguished track record of driving impactful transformations for clients in various sectors.

She helps clients define the future of work through Work Design, Skills and Competency Definition, Leadership & Talent Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. She has worked across both Human Resources and Consulting Organizations. Having lived, worked and travelled in multiple countries, Rupali brings an inclusive, diverse perspective.

Prior to joining KornFerry, she led the ASEAN Talent and Transformation Practice for a leading HR Consulting Firm. She has also served as the Leadership, Talent and Organization Development Head for a pharmaceutical company for Emerging Markets (Asia Pacific, Latin America, Middle East and Africa).

Rupali holds a Masters in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and B.Sc. Honors (Math) from St. Xavier College, Mumbai, India.

Key sectors she has worked in include Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Maritime, Hospitality, Retail, and Accounting, where she has spearheaded numerous cross-sectoral and individual client initiatives.

As the practice leader and co-leader of the global Center of Excellence for Work Design, she has been instrumental in delivering successful projects from inception to implementation. With her holistic approach, Rupali seamlessly integrates business strategy, process optimization, and technology transformation to revolutionize the way work is delivered in the dynamic human-machine continuum. She has enabled organizations to streamline their workforce and optimize operational efficiency. Her deep understanding of the employee experience and change management further supports the successful implementation of these transformative strategies.

She has played a pivotal role in Competency Development for Information Technology in Singapore and developed a roadmap for an African country for digital skills development at a national level.

She has helped shape a large organization design, set-up and reskilling initiative for over 1000 people with Career Coaching support and ongoing learning support. She has also led Leadership Development, Succession programs and DEI journeys for clients.
