Having worked across leadership consulting and industry, Rupali brings a grounded understanding of the commercial realities and strategic challenges organizations navigate. Her experience is anchored in the consumer sector and extends across technology and professional services, spanning India, Japan, South-East Asia and Europe.
Rupali holds a Doctorate in Organizational Behavior from MDI Gurgaon, along with Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration. She is certified in a range of psychometric and global leadership assessment methodologies and actively contributes to leadership thought through publications and guest lectures at leading business schools. Before joining Korn Ferry, she advised organizations through consulting roles at Aon Hewitt and Kincentric (a Spencer Stuart company), before taking on a leadership role at Samsung.
