As a member of the Rewards and Organizational Strategy team, Sabina is working on projects across the EMEA region. She is based at the firm’s Brussels office.

Sabina has been working with stakeholders on organizational change, organizational design and job frameworks, executive and non-executive job evaluation and rewards solutions. Her strategic and consultative approach combines a holistic view of the business and its levers, design thinking with deep expertise on the subject-matter.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Sabina worked for a leading chemicals company supporting it through various organizational changes (change of rewards and job frameworks, mergers, split). She was the company’s Head of Rewards Europe & Americas, and prior to that the Group Head of Grading & Organizational Design.

Sabina holds a Bachelor’s in Finance and a Master’s in International Human Resource Management from the Kingston University London (CIPD Advanced Level Certificate).

Sabina is fluent in English, Greek and Russian, with notions of French and Dutch.
