Prior to joining Salo, Sally spent the last 15 years at RBC Wealth Management in various roles, including talent acquisition leadership, wealth advisor recruiting and community affairs. Early in her career, Sally worked at a Chicago-based investor relations consulting firm and partnered with companies across a wide variety of sizes and industries.

Passionate about youth, Sally currently sits on the board for the Orono Youth Football Association.  Sally holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont. She lives in Orono, MN with her husband and three children. Sally loves running, yoga, skiing and golf.
