As a member of Korn Ferry’s Project Management Office, Ms. Shah assumes a senior program management role across a multitude of engagements, primarily within the Advisory consulting, specifically Organizational Strategy.
Ms. Shah has a demonstrated history of leading large, multi-workstream and complex projects to successful completion. She is widely commended for her strategic perspective, strong problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail. Known for her ability to understand and respond to nuanced client needs, she effectively balances relationship management with disciplined project execution.
At Korn Ferry, some of her past engagements include end- end HR Talent Optimization for a $4.8bn healthcare system, Work and Career Job Architecture delivery and implementation for a $13bn travel technology company as well as Organizational Design and Compensation Review for a seven-hospital health system, to name a few.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2021, Ms. Shah worked in the Chicago office of public accounting and consulting firm Baker Tilly, where she served as Senior Consultant in the Fraud and Bankruptcy practice. Her client work was focused in the areas of valuation, restructuring, corporate recovery and forensics. She began her career as an economic analyst at Compass Lexecon.
Ms. Shah earned her M.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois, her B.Sc. in Economics and a Diploma in Economics from the University of London. She lives in Chicago, IL with her husband.
