In this role, Sam is responsible for the development of client relationships and the execution of retained engagements. Sam supports complex retained search and multi search efforts across enterprises in the Industrial Manufacturing Sector, including Packaging, Ingredients, Chemicals, Plastics, Construction Materials and Products, Diversified Manufacturing, etc.

With over 15 years of professional search experience, he has successfully partnered with companies ranging from Fortune 500 companies, mid sized and middle market organizations, Private Equity owned enterprises, as well as high growth startups.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Sam was a Managing Partner at a nationally recognized Executive Search firm, where he managed a team that executed recruitment projects at various leadership levels across North America. He was a strategic leader that both developed and fostered business relationships while developing team members to achieve success.

Mr. Henry graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in business administration from Southern Illinois University. Sam currently resides in his hometown of Chicago, Illinois where he is involved in supporting numerous organizations that are helping to build a better community.
