Sam began her recruiting career with Northwestern Mutual in 2015 where she and her team earned several accolades for their recruiting and development efforts for their Top 10 Internship program, including being the #1 recruiting team in the nation. After realizing her interest in the IT space, she began her IT Recruiting career but due to the pandemic found herself in staffing. After several successful years in the staffing world, she transitioned back into IT with Lucas Group/Korn Ferry in 2022 as a Senior Executive Search Consultant.

Sam enjoys spending time with her family and cheering for her alma mater, Indiana University, where she was a scholarship student athlete and earned her Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology.
