In this role, Samantha works within Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Devices, partnering with new and existing clients within Korn Ferry to provide a seamless recruitment process. She engages clients and candidates alike with her dynamic energy, creating conversations that uncover synergies between candidate skills and client needs to ensure the hire of talented individuals that will fulfill unmet medical needs of the present and future.

Earlier in her career, Mrs. Singer spent five years in New York City classrooms teaching High School English and coaching track.

In 2018, upon moving back to the Pittsburgh area, Samantha fell into recruiting and joined a leading life sciences boutique firm. During her tenure there, she focused on the full cycle recruitment at the executive level search in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical device. Her specific areas of expertise include oncology diagnostics, medical device, and medical affairs.

Samantha earned her Master of Arts in Teaching from Bard College, and her Bachelor of Arts in English from Bucknell University.
