Senior Client Partner

Sandra Di Vito is a Senior Client Partner.  She Co-Leads the EMEA Organisation Strategy Solution for Korn Ferry.

Sandra brings 25 years global consulting and change delivery experience.  She has worked across sectors, supporting clients to architect, mobilize and deliver large scale transformation. 

As an example, she led a consulting team to mobilize and run the vaccine deployment PMO in the UK. The team brought structure and delivery discipline to a highly complex, fast paced, changing environment and helped to enable a successful outcome.

Sandra is currently leading a global sales transformation initiative with a chemical  distributor.  This partnership will drive significant improvement is sales performance and showcases the breadth of Korn Ferry’s capability in the sales effectiveness space.

She started her consulting career in a big 4 consultancy and has subsequently worked with mid tier and boutique consultancy organization.

 As Director of Change at Metro Bank she gained client-side experience of architecting and delivering transformation in a fast paced and challenging environment.  She was accountable for £100M portfolio of change while rebuilding the change function into a high performing team.

She is adaptable and skilled at navigating complex and diverse stakeholder environments, evidenced by her ability to consult successfully across Government and Public Sector and Financial Services.

She has a Double Bachelor Degree in Business Management and Psychology and a Masters in Project Management. More recently Sandra she became a certified Physical Intelligence Coach.
