




Sandra Zakka is a Senior Principal in Korn Ferry’s Board and CEO Services practice, based in the Firm’s Los Angeles Office.
Ms. Zakka’s current work focuses on CEO and C-suite succession planning as well as leading broader assessment and development of senior executives. In addition, she helps clients define and evaluate their senior executive team’s current state and aspirational goals around top team effectiveness and sustained high performance. She is passionate about helping her clients build future-ready, innovative leaders.
Most recently, Ms. Zakka worked with a leading advisory firm where she specialized in C-suite assessment and development, top team effectiveness, culture diagnostics, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategic advisory. She has also advised on numerous executive talent advisory projects across a variety of industries, functions and geographic regions.
Earlier, she worked for Pinnacle Search Partners, an executive search firm, where she supported the execution of searches in the creative, plastics, and home furnishing industries. Ms. Zakka has also held various research positions in academic fields of cognitive neuroscience, personality psychology, and managing the selection and recruitment processes.
Ms. Zakka received her B.A. and M.A. in Psychology from the American University of Beirut. She has recently been published in The Cambridge Handbook of the Imagination, as part of the Cambridge Handbooks in Psychology series.
