Sanjeev possesses extensive expertise in areas such as people leadership, sales performance, strategy, data governance, SaaS as well as stakeholder engagement. With a strong analytical mindset and a unique ability to approach challenges from a fresh perspective, he is wholeheartedly dedicated to achieving excellence and facilitating the growth of his clients, ensuring their success.
Sanjeev is a Post Graduate (MBA) in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India and holds Bachelors in Engineering from the Indian Naval Academy. He has been associated with Korn Ferry/Hay Group since 2009 and ran his own tech start up ‘Dockabl’.
