Ms. Rettke’s specific expertise includes the following: talent assessment and capability development; working one-on-one coaching senior executives; individual executive assessment and feedback.

She has a depth of expertise in the Government, NFP, Technology, Life Science sectors and Financial Services within Australia and in the APAC region.

Prior to joining the firm Ms. Rettke held positions such as senior VP HR & Impact for a global NGO based in South East Asia and Chief Psychologist with the Australian Department of Defence.

Ms. Rettke has completed a Certificate in Executive Coaching through the University of Sydney. She holds a Master of Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University, is a registered Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP).

In addition to her professional qualifications she is accredited in a wide range of psychometric tools.
