With more than 20 years of experience, Sergio combines his business acumen with his leadership expertise and the capacity to engage people at scale to drive meaningful transformations.

He partners with clients to lead today’s digital challenges by shifting mindsets and introducing a completely new operating philosophy supported by new ways of working. He has worked across various sectors, especially TMT and Energy.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Sergio worked for A.T.Kearney where he focused on global complex transformations. He was also a Partner for WALK (member of Oxford Leadership) a leading leadership consultancy. He started his career at Deloitte and Telefónica.

Sergio holds an MBA from MIT Sloan (US) as well as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from ESIC (Spain).

Sergio is a professor of ESIC in the areas of Strategy, Innovative Business Models and Digital Transformation. He is also a guest speaker for ESADE in Transformation, Organizational Agility and Leadership.

 He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
