Prior to joining Korn Ferry, I spent two years in accounting, where I developed a strong foundation in finance, business operations, and client service. I then transitioned into the talent industry, spending nearly three years with a staffing firm focused on placing interim finance and accounting professionals. In addition to my interim staffing experience, I have worked in executive search, helping organizations identify and attract top talent for strategic leadership positions. I worked across a broad mix of industries, including technology, manufacturing, financial services, construction, and others.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Economics from Western Washington University, which motivated me to become more actively involved in my community and stay engaged in local initiatives.
