Ms. Smith brings more than 25 years of success leading and delivering large-scale business transformation in the healthcare industry, driving measurable gains in revenue growth, operational performance, and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she held leadership and executive roles at Accenture, Kaiser Permanente, and Elevance, where she led enterprise strategy, product innovation, patient and employer experience, health equity initiatives, and portfolio management—translating complex strategy into sustained, real-world impact.

Ms. Smith holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Central Florida. She has completed executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School and the Hass School of Business. She received her executive coaching credentials from Georgetown University and is PCC credentialed through the International Coaching Federation.
