Ms. Smith brings 20+ years of success designing and delivering business transformation in the healthcare industry. Prior to Korn Ferry, she held leadership and executive roles with Accenture, Kaiser Permanente, and Anthem specializing in executing corporate strategies, product innovation, portfolio management, and change management.

Ms. Smith’s success as team leader and people developer propelled her to focus on employee enablement and leadership development. She is an executive coach to both executive and emerging leaders, with an emphasis on building leadership capabilities and positive team cultures while navigating complex organizational dynamics. 

Ms. Smith’s areas of expertise include leadership program development, executive coaching, organizational culture, navigating leadership transitions, and team leadership.  She is passionate about helping leaders develop inclusive team cultures where every leader can elevate their personal leadership and maximize organizational impact.

She holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor’s degree in Biology/Premed from the University of South Florida.  She received her executive coaching credentials from Georgetown University and is ACC credentialed through the International Coaching Federation.
