Vice President, Implementation

Shanda has been leading the Americas RPO Implementation team at Korn Ferry since 2016 and has been providing Talent Acquisition solutions for over 20 years. 

Ms. Mints has a background in global delivery operations as well as process design, technology design, and performance management.  She knows what it takes to not only set up a recruitment delivery team, but what it takes to sustain it. She has led the design, implementation, and delivery of some of the largest, longest running, and most complex RPO engagements in the globe. 

Shanda has worked with a number of industries and has a deep understanding of the various sourcing strategies, technology solutions and performance metrics management solutions that impact the success of Talent Acquisition teams..

In addition to leading the Implementation Team, Shanda also leads the Global Reporting Center of Excellence (RCoE) with teams in APAC, NAM, LATAM, and EMEA. She joined this team as the strategic leader of a digital transformational journey where she utilized organizational design to strengthen a framework for insights, and cross-company analytics.

Shanda enjoys developing leaders and helping them connect business objectives with team outcomes as well as building cultures of innovation through team empowerment, curiosity, and valuing grace.

Prior to working with Korn Ferry she led 11 RPO delivery centers across the globe and managed TA delivery teams in over 20 countries.

She understands that every account is unique and she approaches each account with its long-term success in mind.

Shanda has a Master’s Degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
