He is dedicated to helping organizations tap into the full potential of their people, ensuring that every investment they make in their workforce translates directly into real, sustainable growth.
Shaz provides strategic guidance to clients, allowing them to look ahead, cut through complexity, and feel genuinely confident that their people strategy is set up for long-term success.
During his career, Shaz has held positions in Life Sciences, Banking, Insurance and Professional Services Most recently he spent 10 years at a Global Consulting firm, where he partnered with organizations across sector and geography, driving major transformation and change within Talent and HR.
Shaz has managed diverse and global teams and brings energy, passion, and enthusiasm to clients. He thrives on working directly with the C-Suite and key stakeholders, digging deep to understand their unique obstacles and creating innovative solutions that move the needle and deliver high impact results.
He has extensive experience of managing and delivering multinational engagements, with complex organizational structures.
