Sheersty Stanton

Senior Consultant, Project & Engagement Management

Sheersty is a native Kansan with a BBA in Management from Wichita State University and an MS in Family Therapy from Friends University.

An entrepreneurial generalist who enjoys challenge, endless learning, and variety, Sheersty has made past contributions in non-profit, higher ed, and government organizations through roles such as project manager, trainer, instructional designer, certified coach and consultant. The common thread is her drive to facilitate transformational learning and development experiences.

At Korn Ferry since 2021, Sheersty enjoys working closely with clients and account teams as an Engagement Manager to strategically support the design and delivery of large-scale leadership development, assessment, succession, and organizational change management projects. Given her passion for wellbeing and her agility, she is especially well-suited to catalyze systemic growth and change within the field of healthcare. 

Beyond work, Sheersty is an artist, devoted mother, and athlete. She has several published poetry collections and essays about themes of nature, motherhood, and spiritual growth. She hosts nourishment retreats to replenish helping and healing professionals suffering from burnout. And she pursues a good dose of play and adventure with her young daughter with disabilities.

In all she does, Sheersty strives to deliver outstanding service. She is always looking for creative ways to improve processes and outcomes for a healthier world.

Sheersty is pursuing her PhD in Visionary Leadership from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
