In this role, Shelby partners with clients and candidates in the Medical Device, Biotech, and Diagnostics industries. With her unparalleled work ethic and deep understanding of client needs Shelby has thrived in the ever – changing market. Hiring top talent across many functions including R&D, Quality, Finance, Commercial, and Regulatory. Successfully executing searches for many Publicly Traded, Start-up, Venture Capital and Private Equity backed organizations throughout her career.
Prior to joining the Life Sciences practice 2 years ago she spent three years within the Accounting & Finance COE. Mostly partnering with CFOs, and VPs to help build out efficient and successful teams.
Shelby graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Degree in Management and a minor in Finance.
