Sherzod is an Associate Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Culture, Change, and Communications practice.

Sherzod’s range of expertise includes Organizational Strategy, Change Management, Culture Transformation, M&A, Strategic Communications, Employee Experience & Engagement, Performance Management, and Leadership Development among other areas.

He is driven by the core belief that diverse and inclusive organizations that take a data driven approach to build high performing cultures always outperform their competitors.

Sherzod has authored and co-authored dozens of business and research articles.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Sherzod was a partner at Gallup and lead the firm’s Organizational Effectives Consulting Practice, where he spearheaded the architecture of numerous consulting solutions and lead partnerships with the firm’s largest clients within financial services, tech, and healthcare industries.

Previously, Sherzod was a senior consultant at a multinational human capital consulting firm and held various internal consulting leadership roles at several fortune 500 companies.

Sherzod holds a Master’s degree from the London Schools of Economics and a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Central Arkansas.
