Sherzod is an Associate Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Culture, Change, and Communications practice.

Sherzod is organizational change and culture transformation specialist with over fifteen years of experience in delivering sustainable change for clients. 

Sherzod is experienced in all facets of organizational change and culture transformation including strategic visioning and planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, leadership alignment, organizational design and operating model, people & talent strategy, as well as employer value proposition and brand.

His clients have included Fortune 500 companies from North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia.

Sherzod helped design several consulting solutions at Korn Ferry, which included change management, culture transformation, strategic communications, and employer value proposition, among others.

Sherzod’s thought leadership has been featured by leading publications such as Fortune, Forbes, Chief Executive Magazine, The Financial Brand, HR Executive, and more.

Sherzod has Masters degrees from the London School of Economics and Harvard University.

He received several international academic awards for his dissertation that analyzed the impact of AI on organizational culture and employee experience.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Sherzod was a partner at Gallup.
