He has 18+ years of professional experience, majority of which has been in HR advisory. Prior to Korn Ferry, Siddharth has worked with consulting firms like Aon, Willis Towers Watson and HayGroup.

Siddharth has managed projects and designed solutions for multiple workstreams including HR Strategy and Org design, Job and Career Architecture, Compensation Strategy and design, HR Tech and People Analytics, Leadership assessment and competency design.

Siddharth has delivered several key projects for clients in Banking & Financial Services, Manufacturing, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Consumer internet, E-commerce and Hospitality. He has worked with clients across geographies including India, Middle East, Africa and Australia.

Apart from his advisory experience, Siddharth has also headed the Performance and Rewards COE for two leading consumer internet companies in India, led area sales for a consumer finance company and has also been a programmer in a leading IT firm.
