Sid partners with his clients to design and deliver talent management solutions. A talent management strategist, Sid works with his clients to achieve their business strategy and objectives through maximizing the potential of their people and organizations. He believes that by improving the leadership of individuals and organizations he can make the world a better place.
He takes a trusted and candid approach that focuses on leveraging change where it will have the greatest impact for the leader and the organization.
Sid provides expertise in executive coaching, succession planning, executive development, executive assessment, high potential assessment and development, onboarding, and helping leaders through transitions.
His clients have included CEOs, Senior Executives and Directors. He is part of Korn Ferry’s CEO and Succession Practice, Executive Coaching Practice and Assessment Practice.
Prior to joining the Korn Ferry, he was a managing director for PDI Ninth House. His professional history includes serving as a senior manager for Deloitte Consulting; director of information systems, First American Insurance Company; and vice president of finance, Management Insurance Consultants, Inc.
Sid earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Creighton University, a master’s degree in business administration from Boston College and a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Baylor University.
