Sigrid Kroon is an Associate Client Partner with Korn Ferry Advisory in the Netherlands, specializing in Leadership Development, DE&I, Business Transformation and Facilitation. She is the KF Solution Lead for Learning & Professional Development (L&PD) in the Benelux region.

With over 20 years of experience in workforce transformation, Sigrid has successfully led complex, large-scale initiatives across industries, delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions that drive measurable business impact. Her expertise spans organizational transformation, operating model optimization, talent strategy, and workforce upskilling, from graduates to senior executives & Boards.

A recognized expert in facilitation and experience design, Sigrid creates bespoke sessions for groups of 5 to 500 participants, enabling organizations to tackle their most critical challenges collaboratively and creatively.

Previously, Sigrid led PwC’s Experience Centre in Singapore, driving cutting-edge client experiences and innovation, and founded The Difference for PwC South-East Asia, a consulting capability designed to foster inclusive decision-making, co-creation, and breakthrough solutions.

As part of PwC’s Workforce leadership team in Sydney and Singapore, she delivered high-impact consulting engagements on Culture Transformation, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Customer Journey Redesign, and Workforce Upskilling (including Agile Training and Leadership Development).

Sigrid leverages Design Thinking, MG Taylor, and Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and sustainable outcomes. Passionate about human-centered design, inclusion, and customer-centricity, she partners with organizations to create transformative, lasting impact. Her work includes collaborations with Harvard Business School and the World Economic Forum, designing solutions that inspire change and deliver meaningful results.

Having lived across 3 continents and worked in a large diversity of countries (mainly Asia, Australia, and Europe), Sigrid brings a deep understanding of cultural differences and excels at navigating diverse, global environments.

She is a certified Agile Coach and holds a Master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology. Sigrid has dual Dutch and Australian nationality and is based in the Netherlands.
