Through his background in psychology and various projects, he is also capable of effectively assessing the culture fit of potential candidates. 

He previously worked within Russell Reynolds International as a Researcher and Project Manager to the areas of Retail, Consumer and Sports at C-Suite Level.

His functional experience covers all areas with a strong focus on Marketing and Sales positions. Sigurd Keck is also involved in Assessment implementation and organizational advisory.
