Mr. Keck joined Korn Ferry to specialize in professional and executive Search strategy and delivery. His mission is helping clients to find the best talent. Through his background in psychology and various projects, he is also capable of effectively assessing the culture fit of potential candidates.
He previously worked within Russell Reynolds International as a Researcher and Project Manager to the areas of Retail, Consumer and Sports at C-Suite Level. His functional experience covers all areas with a strong focus on Marketing and Sales positions. Sigurd Keck is also involved in Assessment implementation and organizational advisory.
During his career he gained comprehensive experience in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employer Branding and Assessment implementation.
Mr. Keck holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Master in Business Psychology. He is currently working towards his PHD part time at the University of Erfurt.
Mr. Keck speaks fluent German and English.
