His 15-year career in search has seen him work for both boutique and global firms amassing significant experience in placing candidates across all functional areas.

Simon has a particular focus and interest within Aerospace & Defence as well as extensive experience in partnering FTSE 250 businesses across the broader manufacturing and engineering markets both in the UK and internationally.

Simon joined Korn Ferry from another leading international search firm as Principal Consultant in their Industrials practice where he delivered searches to support leadership teams in appointing high impact functional director and business unit leaders into markets including, electronics manufacturing, aerospace, defence heavy industry and the built environment

Simon is a graduate of both Cardiff University and the University of Exeter with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Modern History.
