Senior Principal

Simon is Head of Assessment & Succession, Denmark, at Korn Ferry. 

Simon brings commercial expertise coupled with being an organization strategist. He uses his strengths to ensure clients make smarter, data-driven talent decisions and have the best and most connected talent ecosystem to release potential and realize business strategy.

Simon is an expert in defining and measuring what matters most for clients through fully integrated solutions deploying Korn Ferry’s globally recognized product suite and service offerings.

Simon joined us as Executive Business Partner from A.P. Moller-Maersk being responsible for orchestrating the digital platform portfolio operational planning and performance management. Before that, Simon held Partner and Commercial Officer roles in two boutique consulting firms focusing on Business Transformation, Assessments and Organization Strategy. 

Simon brings extensive experience within the fields of Organization Strategy, Leadership Development, Assessments and Talent Solutions. Prior to this, Simon held various commercial roles at Carlsberg Group.

Simon holds an MBA from Copenhagen Business School; he studied Global Operations Management at St. Gallen University in Switzerland, and he holds a BA in International Sales & Marketing Management from University College of Northern Denmark. During his MBA, he won the MBA Leadership Award.

Simon is certified in Korn Ferry Leadership Solution (KFLS), Korn Ferry Leadership Architecture (KFLA), Korn Ferry Potential (KF Potential) and Korn Ferry 360 Assessments (KF360).
