Siva is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry and a trusted advisor to Boards, CEOs, and C-Suite leaders navigating enterprise transformation, succession, and strategic reinvention. He specialises in architecting future-ready organisations by integrating organisation design, leadership strategy, talent analytics, and behavioural science.
Siva works at the intersection of strategy and human capital - helping leaders translate ambition into structural clarity, leadership capability, and measurable execution. He has advised 50+ organisations on CEO and CXO succession and long-term leadership pipeline strategy and led enterprise-wide organisation redesign across 40+ organisations, aligning structure, roles, and capability with evolving business models.
Known for combining analytical rigour with behavioural insight, Siva has shaped the assessment and development journeys of more than 1,000+ senior leaders (75+ CEOs in Malaysia) and coached top teams to elevate alignment, decision quality, and collective effectiveness during periods of transformation. His work spans large conglomerates, energy majors, diversified groups, and growth-oriented enterprises across India and Southeast Asia.
Before rejoining Korn Ferry, Siva established and led the Talent Analytics and Behavioural Sciences Lab at PETRONAS, a Fortune 200 energy company, where he embedded data-driven talent and organisation practices to support the PETRONAS 2.0 enterprise transformation. This experience sharpened his ability to operate from within complex systems - aligning leadership, culture, and operating model at scale.
Earlier in his career, Siva advised clients in strategy and people transformation at PricewaterhouseCoopers across India and the UK, and began his Korn Ferry journey with Hay Group. He also brings entrepreneurial experience from early-stage technology ventures.
Siva holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, specialising in Strategy and Behavioural Sciences, and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS Pilani), India.
