With 30 years of industry experience in leadership consulting, Snigdha is passionate about integrating her background in clinical psychology and human process work with business and commercial imperatives to deliver transformational goals for organizations.

Her consulting work spans globally, across FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies and encompasses areas such as top team integration, succession planning, leadership roadmaps for C Suite leaders, executive coaching, diversity & inclusion programs and culture transformation.

Snigdha has worked extensively with large cap funds in the Private Equity space to support portfolio management teams in accelerating effectiveness and impact. She coaches C-suite leaders on role transition, re-structuring and building legacy as a leader.

Snigdha is business-focused, collaborative and insightful in building relationships with clients to allow for co-creation and authenticity of dialogue and pushes the envelope to achieve individual and business objectives.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Snigdha was a Director at a strategic leadership advisory firm where she was involved in creating a profitable P&L for the firm while delivering high quality impactful solutions to client organizations.

Snigdha holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and is an ICF certified coach. She holds certifications in various leadership assessment tools and is proficient in English and Hindi languages.
