Srinivasan comes with diverse experience in the industry and consulting roles and has worked with global and regional organizations in India, the Middle East and South-East Asia.
Srini has deep expertise in the areas of talent management, organization design, performance and incentives, leadership assessment and development and establishing an HR shared service centre. He has worked with large corporates spanning industries like Utilities, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Engineering & Construction amongst others.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he held key business & HR leadership positions in some of the large NYSE listed firms, and global advisory firms.
Srini adopts a relational and practical approach to partnering with clients in the process of bringing consulting solutions to life. He has led several consulting assignments in India, SE Asia, and the Middle East.
Over the last 17 years, Srini has developed a deep understanding of organisational systems and change levers founded on research. He is a skilled facilitator and engaged with a diverse set of stakeholders and enjoys driving workshops in areas like change management, leadership enhancement, design studios and leadership transformation journey amongst others.
Srini is a Commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce and a Post-Graduate from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. He is a certified practitioner of MBTI, 16PF, PAPI, DISC and BIOSS assessment tools.
His passion for research has taken him to XLRI, Jamshedpur, where he is pursuing the Doctoral Program in HR. His research interest covers social capital, employee networks, psychological safety and leveraging them to shape the organizational culture.
