With over 22 years of experience in Workforce Solutions, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Programs (MSP), Professional Staffing, and Contingent Workforce Management, she has led large-scale workforce transformation initiatives for global organizations across multiple industries and regions.

Throughout her career, Srivani has successfully built and scaled Global Capability Centers (GCCs) from the ground up, established Centers of Excellence, and developed high-performing talent organizations. She has enabled workforce growth of over 5,000 employees within three years and led contingent workforce programs supporting more than 10,000 hires annually.

Her expertise spans workforce strategy, talent advisory, workforce planning, market intelligence, operational excellence, and scalable hiring solutions. She has led hiring across all skill sets and organizational levels, from niche and specialist talent to leadership and executive hiring, partnering with business leaders to deliver workforce strategies aligned to growth and transformation objectives.
