Stephane Gaultier is Senior Client Partner and part of the Korn Ferry Life Sciences practice, he is based in France.

A Life Science expert, he supports clients in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors.  He also leads the EMEA MedTech sector for professional search bringing an extended knowledge of Medical Devices, Capital Equipment, Diagnostics, and also HealthTech.

Stephane Gaultier has been a Search consultant since 2012. He has served Korn Ferry’s Life Science clients across Europe since 2014 delivering Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was European Senior Consultant for 2 years in an Executive Search firm.

Stephane Gaultier brings an in-depth expertise built over a 25 year career in the Medical Devices industry, in business and operation leadership roles across a variety of business models and challenges.

He held P&L and business leadership roles of increasing responsibilities at European level and across sales, marketing and manufacturing. He notably led the launch and the expansion of new businesses across Europe and managed multidisciplinary teams up to 350 people.

A French national, Stephane Gaultier is fluent in French and English and holds a Business Master degree of TBS (Toulouse Business School) and a degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing of ESCP Europe business school.
