Stephen Shaw is a Managing Consultant within the Global Industrial Practice for Professional Search at Korn Ferry.  Based in Florida, he serves clients across North America and Europe, with a history of delivering results in engagements of all levels and functions.

Stephen’s focus on his clients and consistent, high-quality search delivery demonstrate a high level of commitment to client engagement and satisfaction.

Stephen has broad talent consulting experience across a variety of industries, focusing primarily within Automotive, Automation & Industry 4.0, Electronics & Contract Manufacturing, Energy & Infrastructure, as well as the Private Equity space.

Functionally, Stephen has a track record of successful delivery of search engagements for C- to director-level executives focused on Sales, Operations, General Management, Finance, as well as technical and engineering-focused roles. 

Stephen brings to Korn Ferry over a decade of search leadership experience, including as a Consultant and Partner with a leading Executive Search Boutique in London, where he helped clients attract and retain executive talent in the US and Europe.  Earlier in his career, Stephen supported Korn/Ferry’s Industrial business in the EMEA region based in Frankfurt, Germany.  There, he led search mandates primarily across the German Automotive and Industrial & Manufacturing segments.

Stephen holds an MA in Philosophy & Economics from the University of Bayreuth in Bayreuth, Germany and a BA in International Business from Samford University in Birmingham, AL. He is fluent in German and Spanish.
