Steve brings a wealth of leadership and sales experience to Korn Ferry having been in several senior roles in the recruitment and executive search industry in the last 20 years across the UK, United States & Canada.

His most recent experience was as the Senior Managing Director at PageGroup with responsibilities for the Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Toronto & Montreal offices.  He has a proven track record in leading and scaling teams across multiple industries and functional areas including Real Estate, Consumer, Financial Services, Industrial & Engineering and Technology. He has a fiercely customer focused approach to driving business success and is fueled by high quality delivery that ensures clients return time after time.

Originally from the UK, Steve spent the first 14 years of his recruitment career working his way up from a Recruitment Consultant role through to leading the biggest Sales recruitment company in the UK.

Steve graduated with Honors from the University of Gloucestershire in the UK.
