She has worked with fast-growing clients across various industries such as IT, Consumer Technology, Pharma, FMCG, Real Estate, etc.
As a talent advisor to clients, Stuti’s key areas of focus have largely centered around leadership development and talent assessments. She has worked with clients across a range of solutions such as competency framework creation, assessments (across the employee life-cycle), multi-rater surveys for self-awareness, leadership, etc.
She has designed and managed leadership development and transformation journeys for C-Suite leaders for various diversified conglomerates.
Over the course of her consulting career, she has been a facilitator, assessor, and coach (for junior to mid-level roles) to participants from diverse backgrounds.
Stuti has also been responsible for project management of marquee clients, including managing revenues and workstreams, and building relationships.
Stuti holds accreditation in core Korn Ferry IP – Leadership Solution, Leadership Architect, Leadership Potential & Talent Hub. She is a practitioner of the Korn Ferry Hay Guide Chart Profile Method for job evaluations.
