Since joining Korn Ferry in 2018, she has played a key role in delivering assessment and succession solutions across Southeast Asia, partnering with clients, advisory teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement talent assessment programs, succession initiatives, and digital delivery solutions.
Her expertise includes assessment operations, Success Profile implementation, Integrations, client enablement, reporting and analytics, revenue management and large-scale project delivery.
She is recognized for her operational excellence, structured approach to problem-solving, and ability to successfully manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and delivery quality.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Suchita held Project leader role in a corporate behavioral training organization in India, where she led business support operations, managed assessment and survey reporting, contributed to competency framework and 360-degree feedback projects, and oversaw client support and operational governance functions.
Suchita holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mumbai and is certified in several Korn Ferry assessment solutions, including KFLA, Talent Suite, Leadership Solution, Leadership Potential, Style & Climate Survey, and KF360
She is fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi.
