Senior Vice President, Global Tech Market and Client Experience
As the Senior Vice President, Global Tech Market and Client Experience, Susan leads Korn Ferry’s growth within the Technology Market in RPO. She also leads a global team of experts focused on client success and experience. With over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition, Susan is recognized for her ability to architect and deliver innovative recruitment solutions that align with complex global business needs.
She began her Korn Ferry journey in 2012 as Talent Acquisition Manager for the firm’s largest global account, overseeing a 30-person strategic sourcing hub in Auckland and delivering approximately 3,000 hires annually across 15 sites. Her earlier roles included Business Partner Lead for volume hiring at Fonterra – where she redesigned the hiring process – and Talent Acquisition Manager for Korn Ferry’s internal RPO across APAC.
Susan’s expertise spans tech, executive, graduate, project, and volume recruiting, as well as global internal mobility, future skills planning, and diversity hiring. She is especially passionate about leading and developing large teams to deliver best-practice outcomes. As a female leader, she naturally builds inclusive teams that attract diverse talent across cultures and borders.
Susan relocated from her native New Zealand to California in 2016 during one of her roles with Korn Ferry and has stayed ever since.
