



As Senior Client Partner in the EMEA L&PD practice and based in the Netherlands, Suzanne serves as a leadership advisor and coach to C-suite executives and executive teams across EMEA.
Ms. Kietselaer specializes in enabling breakthrough moments for leaders at Fortune 500 companies and high-growth organizations, focusing on leadership effectiveness and the ability to scale. She brings a powerful combination of psychological insight and business pragmatism to her work, particularly within the Life Sciences and Industrial markets.
Suzanne helps clients execute new strategies by aligning leadership capacity with necessary mindset shifts. Known for her "can-do" spirit and compassion, she blends evidence-informed methodologies with a growth-mindset focus to help leaders impact their organizations with greater purpose.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Kietselaer served as the Global President of Coaching Services for a premier global leadership development firm, where she led a network of over 150 consultants on large-scale transformation initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she led the coaching practice at a prominent European training organization, achieving ten-fold revenue growth.
With over 23 years of experience, she has delivered more than 5,000 hours of executive coaching to executives and top leadership teams across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Ms. Kietselaer holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Radboud University of Nijmegen and a Bachelor’s degree in European Law from Maastricht University. She is also an alumni at INSEAD IDP program. She is a certified coach (CPCC) and is accredited in a wide range of assessments, including 16PF, MBTI®, Hogan (HPI, HDS, MVPI), KFLA, KFLS, NEO-pi, and the Leadership Circle Profile. Additionally, she holds an advisory board role at the Institute for the Art of Interventions.
Suzanne is a native Dutch speaker and is fluent in English, with a working knowledge of German and French.
