Broad, long-term experience in corporate and legal leadership from global companies in different industries (healthcare, services and advisory). Core team member in two IPO processes. Responsibility for listing and governance matters in listed companies and member of disclosure committee.  Advisor to Chairs, Committee Chairs, CEOs and Executive Management. Corporate secretary to boards, committees and executive management in global companies. Execution of Board evaluations together with Board Chairs, Board member competence mapping, and board succession and recruiting. 

Extensive experience in inter alia M&A, IPOs, corporate governance, transformational and organizational matters, risk management, securities law and disclosure requirements, and external corporate communication and reporting.

With a background in law, and hands-on experience from prior roles as Corporate Secretary at both Novo Nordisk and ISS, Tamilla has subject matter expertise that makes her uniquely qualified to serve as trusted advisor to Boards and top management teams alike.

Tamilla is a graduate from the University of Cambridge where she obtained an LLM and a graduate of the University of Copenhagen where she obtained a Masters degree in Law.
