Tamilla Vahman

Tamilla Vahman is based in Copenhagen and serves as a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Board & CEO Services Practice in EMEA.

She advises boards and top management teams across the region, with a focus on C-suite and board recruitment, succession planning, leadership progression, and board effectiveness evaluation and governance.

Tamilla brings extensive international experience in corporate and legal leadership from global companies across healthcare, services, and advisory industries. She has worked closely with and advised Chairs, Committee Chairs, CEOs, and Executive Management, and has served as Corporate Secretary to boards, committees, and executive teams. Her expertise includes board evaluations in partnership with Chairs, board member competence mapping, and succession and recruitment processes.

In addition, she has deep knowledge of M&A, IPOs, corporate governance, organizational transformation, risk management, securities law, disclosure requirements, and external communication and reporting. She was a core team member in two IPOs and has held responsibility for listing and governance matters in publicly listed companies, including serving as a member of disclosure committees.

With a background in law, and hands-on experience from senior roles as Corporate Secretary at both Novo Nordisk and ISS, Tamilla has subject matter expertise that makes her uniquely qualified to serve as trusted advisor to Boards and top management teams alike.

Tamilla holds an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen.
