Tania commenced her career in Brussels at a European talent advisory firm that brought her to China followed by Singapore to play an active role in expanding the SEA business.  Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was a Principal at another reputable executive search firm in Thailand where she partnered closely with local and multinational organizations to attract and retain high performing executive talent.

For the past 15 years her expertise has been on delivering search and leadership assessment to a broad range of sectors.

She is a certified coach for Korn Ferry’s suite of assessment tools and is strongly committed to diversity and inclusion initiatives both inside and outside the organization.

Tania earned a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Leuven in Belgium. Born in Brussels, she has extensive international and cross-cultural experience having spent the last 8 years in Asia Pacific, living in China, Singapore and Thailand. 

She holds a dual nationality Belgian/Thai and is fluent in Dutch, French, Thai and English.
