Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Taps led senior positions that empowered her to solve key business and research problems by applying advanced statistical and machine learning techniques. First working in academia on pioneering studies of psychiatric disorders, she moved into industry to develop predictive models of mental health, focusing on neurodegenerative diseases. Since then, Taps has been leading teams in consultancy and research environments on talent management, organizational behaviour, and people analytics.

She holds a PhD in Applied Statistics, a Master's in Decision Modelling, is a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society, and an elected member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali, Taps drives global perspective in impactful outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
