Taylor joins Korn Ferry with nearly a decade of experience in interim talent, business development, technology professional services, contingent workforce management, with a specific focus on technology talent solutions for enterprise financial services organizations. Prior to Korn Ferry, Taylor previously worked at a large technology consulting firm and two global human capital firms.

Taylor graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Communication Studies. Taylor is a member of the New York Junior League, serving as the co-chair of a fundraising committee, the Stewardship of St Patrick's Cathedral, and the Frick Young Fellows.
