Tom Followill is the Sector Leader for Search Consulting efforts across the Industrial  Sector for  Korn Ferry North America, Professional Search.  As a core member of Korn Ferry's Global Industrial Practice, Mr. Followill  leads dedicated teams to retain and manage consulting engagements for clients across all disciplines and functions including Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Technology.

Mr. Followill's talent consulting experience spans numerous industries including: Aerospace, Automotive, Building Products, Chemical, Construction, Consumer Products, Heavy Industrial, Infrastructure, Mobile Equipment, and Private Equity endeavors.

Mr. Followill  came to Korn Ferry in 2013 after owning  a boutique retained executive search and consulting firm based in Atlanta, GA, primarily focused on Industrial and Consumer Product Manufacturers. 

Prior to that, he spent 10 years  as a Managing Director in a nationally-recognized, executive search firm, leading one of the  practices and working with companies ranging from the Fortune 500 to privately-backed start-ups.

Before entering executive search, Mr. Followill spent several years in the professional recruitment and staffing industry in client development and management roles for two national/global companies. He began his career in a globally recognized law firm.

Mr. Followill gained his MBA at the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University and his BA in Psychology from Sewanee: The University of the South.
