Thomas is a Sector Leader at Korn Ferry’s Brussels office and a member of the firm’s Global Industrial Market, specializing in the Industrial and Tech sectors across the EMEA region.
With 15 years of international search experience, Thomas previously served as a Director at a specialist executive search firm, where he partnered with Private (Equity) investors to build C-suite and senior management teams. Before that, he played a key role in co-establishing and expanding the Industrial branch of a boutique executive search firm in London, growing it from inception into an international operation.
Thomas has conducted a wide range of searches across various functional levels internationally. He brings a qualitative, efficient, and results-driven approach to addressing clients’ most complex talent needs.
He holds an MSc in International Relations & Diplomacy from the University of Antwerp and an MA in Linguistics & Literature from KU Leuven.
Thomas speaks Dutch, French, German, and English.
