Senior Client Partner, ESG and Inclusive Rewards
Tom McMullen is a senior client partner based in Chicago and leads Korn Ferry’s pay equity and inclusive rewards practice. He also leads Korn Ferry’s Total Rewards research and intellectual capital development.
Tom’s work on ESG and Sustainability issues focuses on inclusive total reward programs including reward strategy, pay equity management, performance management systems, and work measurement programs.
Tom has worked with organizations in a range of pay equity and inclusive reward and talent management engagements in several industries, including hospitality, retail, consumer products, healthcare, life sciences, agricultural, not-for-profit and manufacturing.
Tom’s knowledge and expertise for thought leadership, research and capability development initiatives makes him a leading trusted advisor.
Marco’s expertise covers the entire spectrum of Rewards and Benefits, from Mergers & Acquisitions to Total Rewards Strategies, Short-term incentive design, Executive Compensation, Job Evaluation, Salary Structures, Benefits Strategies and Expatriate policies, as well as other ESG related areas.
Marco holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has also completed a number of executive courses, including a program at Northwestern University at the The Kellogg School of Management.
He is bilingual in English and Portuguese and also speaks Spanish fluently.
