Associate Client Partner

Tina is an Associate Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Organisation Strategy practice. She is specialised in Global HR Transformation and Talent strategy design.

She brings in-depth experience in HR operating model and structure design, HR process re- engineering and HR capability design and development.

Tina has led large scale global HR transformation and CoE projects, both as in-house advisory as well an external consultant. Her projects were delivered across Europe, North America, LATAM and Asia. She has experience working across multiple industries including Automobile, Telco, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, Defence, and Gaming.

Prior to her role at Korn Ferry, Tina was the in-house Senior Project Lead and Global HR Transformation Director for a global Pharmacy Retail Group that operates across 25+ markets across the group  with over 250,000 employees. Her role was to define the global HR technology landscape and deploy a set of solutions across all markets. 

Before her role at the retail group, Tina has been a Management Consultant at two global consultancy firms based in London and delivered HR and Talent related projects for clients around the world.

Tina has a Master degree in International Employee Relations and HR Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and she is qualified with MCIPD.
