Tito Sartori

Originally from Italy, he spent a decade in the Nordics and delivered transformation programs across EMEA, Asia, and the Americas before moving to Zurich. His work spans strategy alignment and execution, culture change, and leadership development, with particular specialization in executive assessment, coaching, and top team development. Over 20 years of consulting, he has paired deep psychological expertise with a pragmatic business approach and a systemic understanding of how organizations function, adapt, and evolve.

Trained as a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, and clinical supervisor, Mr. Sartori is also an expert in systems thinking applied to people and organizations. He has brought this approach, together with a deep understanding of people, communication, and relationships, into his consulting work, helping companies address not only performance and organizational challenges but also the behavioral and relational dynamics that shape decision-making, leadership impact, and culture. His passion lies in how small and large human systems cope with change.

As a facilitator he is warm and inclusive while remaining decisive and willing to challenge, able to surface and work through tension and conflict and to bring a group to genuine alignment.

He has also worked as an entrepreneur, founding an international network of consultants that continues to deliver transformation work with top multinational firms. Within Korn Ferry, where he co-led the Advisory business in Sweden, he partners with colleagues and clients to execute strategies. He also serves as Course Director at Stockholm University, where he designs and delivers the Personal Development course for the Executive MBA program.

Mr. Sartori holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a professional doctoral-level specialization in Psychotherapy, along with advanced qualifications in clinical supervision and psychotherapy education, all obtained with honors. He has completed executive education in Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School and is certified across Korn Ferry's leadership, assessment, and talent solutions. He consults in Italian and English.
