TJ brings a deep understanding of Supply Chain specialties and skills from a global perspective. He has a track-record of SCM success in Demand Planning, S&OP Planning, Inventory Management, Production Planning, as well as executing Procurement searches for both direct and indirect categories (IT, Professional Services, Marketing, Travel & Entertainment, MRO, CAPEX).

Mr. Zelaya began recruiting in 2005, and since then has gained Supply Chain and Procurement experience across three countries, working in Japan, Canada, and the United States in Search solutions for mid-to-high level roles. He’s an industry expert, with a deep understanding of pain points, client needs. TJ is known for his ability to manage clients and candidates with a focus on high-level relationship building. He gains the most satisfaction by delivering great service to clients that want to work with him again and again.

TJ currently resides in Northwest Indiana with his family, is an avid Blackhawks, Cubs and Bears fan, and spends his spare time practicing sports with his children and learning to play the Blues on his guitar.

TJ earned his bachelor's degree in World Religious Studies from Wabash College, Indiana.
