Based in Chicago, Illinois, TJ focuses on leading retained search assignments in the Supply Chain and Operations space with a focus across all industries in the United States. 

Mr. Zelaya brings a deep understanding of Supply Chain specialties and skills from a global perspective. He has a track-record of success within Procurement (Direct & Indirect),  Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management, Production Planning, and Operations across aerospace, automotive, industrial, general manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, and CPG industries.

Mr. Zelaya began his recruitment career in 2005, starting up multiple offices as well as a newly created Supply Chain and Procurement specialty within his organization. 

Since that time, Mr. Zelaya has expanded his supply chain and procurement recruitment expertise across three countries (Japan, Canada, United States) for mid-to-senior level roles.

Mr. Zelaya is an industry expert, with a deep understanding of client pain points and their needs. He is known for his ability to partner closely with clients and candidates, with a focus on building high-level relationships.

Mr. Zelaya currently resides in the greater Chicagoland area with his family, is an avid Blackhawks, Cubs and Bears fan, and spends his spare time practicing sports with his children.
