Tony has 26 years’ experience in the HR software and services space, of which 14 years is in Recruitment Process Outsourcing. Experienced in designing the optimal implementation approach and leading complex, multi-wave RPO projects across Europe, Asia, Middle East and North America.

These include transitioning from incumbent providers, launching in new RPO territories and in sensitive or confidential locations. Industries served by these projects include life sciences, industrial, oil and gas, transportation and financial services.

He has experience working with numerous systems to support recruitment, including Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, iCIMS and Taleo. These were sometimes being rolled out in conjunction with the RPO service.

Functional areas that Tony has expertise in are project management, process consulting, change management, training preparation and delivery, design thinking and ATS configuration. He is also experienced in multi-national recruitment practices and regulatory requirements.

Ultimately, Tony is driven by a desire to understand our clients’ objectives and underlying TA challenges, and design solutions to resolve them.
